Our Vision and Values

From Globe’s earliest days, our purpose was summarized with these words: “Globe is called to assist those who have a God-given vision to implement that vision.” Globe’s founding Director, Bob Bishop, had a passion to release missionaries to their God-given calling. For over forty years Globe has empowered His people to take the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to the nations! Today, Globe is known for its commitment to the centrality of the Gospel, its priority to train, send, and serve God’s Great Commission people, its flexibility in the implementation of ministry, its excellence in management and administration, and its commitment to integrity in personal and ministry life.

In short, our vision is to release God’s Missional People to the work He has given them to do with as little encumbrances as possible.
