President & Executive Assistant to the President
Doug and Beth Ann Gehman joined the Globe International staff in 1994, and became President in 2004 when the founding President/Director (Bob Bishop) retired. From 1978 to 1993, the Gehmans served as missionaries to Asia where they founded AsiaNet Ministries, a crusade and church planting ministry in Thailand and Sri Lanka. In Sri Lanka, the Gehmans and their team helped start more than 35 churches among Tamil tea estate workers, a church planting movement that has now grown to over 90 congregations and nearly 35,000 members. Doug attended Goshen College and Fuller Theological Seminary, and earned Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Missions at Liberty Christian University. They have ministered in over 50 nations. The Gehmans have four married children and ten grandchildren. They live in Pensacola, near Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast.

Director of Operations
Alan Prouty has been in the full-time ministry since 2001 serving the Kingdom in primarily administrative roles. Alan also served in the US Air Force for 14 years. In addition to his role at Globe International Ministries, Alan serves on the staff of a local church where he was ordained as a pastor and leads short term missions trips when possible. He met his wife on a short term trip to Ukraine and they have 5 children together. Alan has been serving missionaries with Globe since the fall of 2009.

Directors of Training & Interns
Danny & Judy Armstrong have been missionaries to Southeast Asia since 1986. They spent their first 6 years in Indonesia where they helped start Rhema Bible Institute. The Armstrongs also worked for four years from a base in Penang, Malaysia to reach an un-reached people group in South Thailand. During this time they helped to launch the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, a missions training and mobilizing ministry for reaching the un-reached of Southeast Asia. Currently the Armstrongs live in the U.S. as they continue to mobilize and equip churches and individuals to reach the un-reached. They also oversee all of Globe’s training programs.

Director of Development
As the Director of Development, Scott fosters cohesive relationships between Globe partners and like-minded organizations for greater financial opportunities, creative resourcing, and strategic ministry advancement. The Director Development administrates donor relations, development projects, programs and processes to meet Globe’s annual fund goals. Scott also functions as an emissary for Globe and Globe missionaries, advocating for financial longevity for all Globe members.
Scott and his wife Dawn have been associated with Globe International for most of their adult lives. Scott served as Globe’s Office Manager from 2006 to 2009. Previously he served as the Executive Director for Dick Reuben Evangelistic Association, as the Dean of Students for the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry, and as the Missions Pastor for Liberty Church.
Scott founded the Mordecai Brown Legacy Foundation in 2003, which he later brought to Globe International as a strategic sports ministry outreach. Scott is also a published author and an award-winning documentarian.

Directors of Member Care
Bob and Melissa Hill have been involved in missions with Globe since 1985. They worked for nine years in Nagoya, Japan and helped plant two churches. In 1994, God called the family to move to Scotland where Bob and Melissa pastor a local church in Clydebank, a suburb of Glasgow. Their ministry also includes Overtoun House Christian Centre, a Victorian Manor House, which is an outreach center for young, vulnerable women in crisis. As directors of member care, they oversee the Area Reps in Globe and stay in contact with the Globe missionaries.

Director of Disciple Making
Greg trains and serves Globe missionaries as they make disciples, plant new churches and reach least reached nations for Christ. Greg is also an instructor with Perspectives and a facilitator with Kairos.
Greg graduated from Liberty Bible college and began full time ministry as a Globe International missionary to Mexico in 1989. He married his Mexican wife, Ana on Nov 7, 1992. They have one daughter, Cristi. They have spent most of their ministry concentrating on church planting. Their Mexican ministry, Unanimous Ministries, has over 200 Churches under its spiritual covering.
Director of Mobilization
Christy Hepner joined Globe International in 2012. She has been a missionary in Costa Rica since 2010 helping at orphanages Hogar de Vida and Residence of Life. Christy has also ministered in her local community through an after school program, English reviews, and English Bible study. She is a part of Simply Mobilizing’s New Nation Coordination Team in Costa Rica. She’s a head facilitator for the Kairos course and is passionate about mobilizing the church and God’s people to be on mission with God. Her desire is to see the church worldwide send missionaries to unreached people groups and work together to complete the Great Commission.
