In this step, the application is reviewed, references are sent out, background & credit check run, and Child Safety Training is completed. If all is acceptable, application is approved.

ASSESSMENT

• DISC personality assessment & debrief
• EQI assessment and meetings
• Interviews with Directors of Training, Justin & Sonya La Rocco

TAKE PERSPECTIVES COURSE OR KAIROS COURSE

Perspectives is a fifteen week course. This can be taken online or at a class near you. Learn more at www.perspectives.org

ONLINE CANDIDATE SCHOOL

COST $100 / PER PERSON

Approximately 3-4 months. Consists of 3 modules. Each module contains videos to watch, interviews with some members of the staff or Lead Team, and books to read.

IN-PERSON CAPSTONE

COST  $250 PER INDIVIDUAL | $400 PER COUPLE CHILDREN 3 AND UNDER – FREE | 4-12 YEARS – $15 | 13  YEARS AND UP – $30

Held at our headquarters in Pensacola, FL. Duration 4 days.
