- Jan 9 My goal is to go back to Oradea, Romania by the end of this year or early 2017. I will be partnering with a local church called Biserica Impact, which is led by Adi and Flori Galiger. Once in Romania, I will help with church activities!
When I was one year old, my parents moved to Bucharest, Romania as missionaries. I grew up immersed in the culture and fell in love with the country at an early age. This past summer, I went on a mission trip with my church to Oradea, Romania. It was life-changing in so many ways. I felt like I was actually doing something for the Kingdom of God. After coming back to the States, I discovered within me a deep longing to return. I missed everything: the Romanians, the language, the culture, and most importantly, the ability to help the people. I decided that I could no longer live the same life. My goal is to go back to Oradea by the end of this year. I will be partnering with a local church called Biserica Impact, which is led by Adi and Flori Galiger. Once in Romania, I will help with church activities (including being on the worship team) and do several kinds of mission work. I will help translate for visiting teams and be involved in various service projects to help the impoverished communities of Romania.
