Globe International is intentionally aligned with like-minded organizations for the effective training of our members in financial responsibility and fully-funded ministry operations. During Globe International’s application and Campaign School process, prospective members are taken through an exploration of the individual’s experience in personal and ministry fundraising. During the assessment, a determination is made for the type and/or need for continuing education in fundraising.
For all Globe International it is a requirement that each sustainable personal and ministry funding, prior to ministry deployment. Globe helps each missionary determine their track and level of income, to be fully funded for ministry. In order for our members to successfully achieve a fully-funded ministry life, Globe has partnered with The Focus Group and Kingdom Come Training for training and personal coaching.
Taking Donors Seriously is based on the belief that fundraising at its best is relational, and donors are engaged over time – hopefully for a lifetime – and appealed to on the basis of a shared mission, not simply the need for funds. This is the key to successful, sustainable fundraising.
For more than 30 years, TDS has equipped fundraisers with support-raising solutions based on a set of time-tested principles – rather than tactics – and has provided practical methods to apply these principles. Because fundraising is relational, our principles provide a framework for engaging donors throughout their lifetimes, whereas tactics tend to make fundraising transactional.
Through experienced and diversely qualified trainers and coaches, KCT develops in participants a Biblical World-view attitude, face-to-face relational skills, and storytelling abilities which eliminate the fear of raising ministry support.
The KCT Partnership Development Course is offered in two parts. Part one is a three week, live online training module. Part one is taught via videoconferencing, during 90 minute sessions, for four days each week. Part two is a one-on-one, on-line coaching relationship, developed individually once weekly via Skype or other method. Each personal coach keeps participants accountable to reach partnership goals. The expertly trained coach will work with the participant until they are fully funded.
